This is Claudia with Body Revision!
We are starting a 35 Day Challenge that will not only help getting back in shape, losing weight but also help us with mental strength!
After the quarantine most of us, including me are struggling with unwanted weight gain!
Obviously there was no reason for healthy eating if you wouldnโ€™t go anywhere…
So I have decided to start a 35 day challenge to help us all get back on track!
Why donโ€™t you join us?
Here are the rules for your first week!
I have to add that these rules will change from week to week!
7 Weeks to a better you:
1. No cheating on your diet…however you
are allowed a one time treat for 500
Calories!
2. 1 Gallon of Water daily
3. Take your before picture
4. 420 min of exercising or 1 hour daily
5. Read 5 Pages of a None Fiction Book
6. Write down your weight and body fat
7. Meditate 5 min daily
8. You get additional points by drinking
another 1/2 gallon of water (1 point) or
by exercising another 30 min.
9. You can exchange your points for mess
ups.
10. Collect 20 points and treat yourself to
a massage or buy a new outfit in the
End!

Last Wednesday my brother in law died of a heart attack!
It was sudden…
Wednesday Stan got ready for work but suddenly collapsed.
My sister in law Margie rushed into the bathroom to find him lying on the floor.
He got delivered into the hospital 15 minutes later, just to pass away about one hour later….
His brain shut off from not getting oxygen ๐Ÿ™
Did they put him on life support?
We don’t know!
I don’t think there was a cardiologist on staff (Farmington New Mexico))!
What would have saved him?
Taking 4 aspirin with first symptoms might have saved his life…

About Stan:
Stan was a amazing man!
He lived all of his life in Farmington!
He was a Financial Adviser owning his own business…
Occasional he came to visit Las Vegas, where he met my sister in law Margie!
Stan was a great husband and amazing father to my niece and nephew!
A good hearted person that cared about others !
I remember my husband used to dislike him since he was more than 20 years older than Margie ๐Ÿ˜‰
Stan was a smoker, had ADD (meds), and was not following a good diet!
Most of his food was high fat, high cholesterol , high sugar!
Combined with the doctor peppers , the medication he was on, the smoking, stress, and being almost 60 years old was not good!!!!
He will be truly missed ….

You can change your health, your life span by simply following a couple if rules…
1. Don’t smoke!!!!
2. Eat low fat, low cholesterol , low saturated fats
3. Exercise including your heart (cardio)
4. Keep your food low in inflammatory intake and high in good fats!
5. Don’t ignore symptoms: symptoms can appear weeks or month ahead of time!
Don’t ignore them… Start taking aspirin daily!
6. Control your cholesterol by using fish oil, red rice yeast, and other cholesterol fighters!
7. Keep your fiber content up!!!
Fiber can attachรฉ to cholesterol and help eliminating it!

60 is to young to die!

Congress voted in favor of Monsanto and denied us labeling of GMO Food!
We can still prevent GMO’s by the following:
1. Eat Organic!!!
2. Buy from local farmers.
3. Don’t eat prepackaged foods
4. Look at the Bar code on your produce…
Starting with a 9 means it is organic, 4 means Conventinal, 5 Genetically Modified!
5. By us stopping to buy these foods will cut Monsanto’s profits and hopefully make them disappear altogether!

We need to work together on this ๐Ÿ™‚
For our children, our health , our future!!!
GMO’s enter your bloodstream through your digestive system and gets deposited into your cells !
They then change your DNA coding and your body starts producing abnormal cells!
All life stock has been fed with GMO corn and developes cancer before it gets slaughtered!
GMO Corn is not a food!!!
It is not bring digested or assimilated by the body!
Is this what you want to feed your children?

GMO Food has been introduced 1994 supposedly to feed the world !
We haven’t seen Monsanto feed anything but their own wallets!!!
Sadly Former Vice President of Monsanto Michael Taylor is also our Deputy Commissioner of the FDA!!!
We the people are done with Corruption!
GMO Foods are genetically modified to last longer, withstand cold and hear, not go bad…
This is how they do it: for example they are taking strawberries and adding a cold water fish’s DNA to make them cold resistant!!!
The worse one is corn!
Corn is being fed to every farm animal and fish!
Now Monsanto wants to dominate all crops and life stock!
This makes it extremely difficult for Organic Farmers and Local Farms to grow stuff!!!
Messing with the genetic code of produce (I call it playing god) creates cancer, obesity, and many other diseases ….
Our meats we are eating was taken from a ill animal !
Injecting pesticides into vegetables and fruit will end up in your cells and spreading and contaminating your body!
GMO seeds can not reproduce!!!
Which means Our life will depend on Monsanto….
People that are consuming GMO foods are more likely to be infertile ….
GMO is cloning life stock and yes, it can not reproduce!!!
Monsanto is out to dominate and rule the world ๐Ÿ™
Honey bees are dying from Monsanto’s pesticides!!!
Mankind can not live without bees!
We need to take action!

Progress!

So far I have been working out with Faith ( one of BR Team Trainers ) every day to help me not using excuses to have less quality workouts!
My super supplement has helped me dramatically to keep muscle and degrease body fat at the same time ๐Ÿ™‚
At this time my diet is about 85% on spot…
Water intake 1 and 1/2 gallons per day!
Supplements 100% during the week, but not good on weekend (needs to change)!
Getting a little better with daily stretching, bit need to
Improve big time!
Choices of protein: fish, some chicken, little beef, egg whites and eggs.
Choices of carbs: veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds, carbs on weekend.
Choices of fats: nuts, seeds, coconut oil, olive oil
Cardio: 2 30-35 min session per day 6days per week
Weights: 4-5 weight lifting session
Core and Abs: twice per week
Weight loss about 1/2 pound per week (perfect)
Shoulder and knee problems are gone, but heels hurt!
Some kind of imbalance due to pronating in gate…
Need some sort of heel support, adjustment, and fascia release….
Thinking about swimming for cardio for a while?!
Anyway…
Happy with my progression ๐Ÿ™‚
15 more pounds (hahahaha…)
