Excerise

In one way or another we knew that Patty White would place first place!
Her performance and focus on what she wants is unmatchable!!!
All we know is that she will go all the way 🙂
After Lehua sprayed all of the girls and Angela used her talent in make up and hair,  we headed to the meeting!
Well….I wasn’t allowed in the meeting …anxiety catching up!!!
I sometimes feel like these girls’s momma and need to be there for support!
No worries…these are adult woman and can handle to be without me for a second or two!
In prejudging Patty was put in the middle which usually means first place…We also knew that she placed second in her height class in  prejudging….
( don’t ask…experience pays of)
Mervat looked amazing …and I was expecting at least a second placing for her!
However she placed 4th place, which is not bad for your second time around 🙂
Little Jade had 34 girls in her category!!!!
WTH!…..
However she looked sexy, graceful and very confident on stage!
Being way under 5 foot tall makes it also hard 🙁
Kelly was put into the wrong category!!!
She registered in masters, but was put into medium open?????!!!!!!
Well….professional as they are there will be some reimbursement!
Lori looked stunning!!!
She did her thang and did it well!!!

At lunch break she was at the pool with Mervat ( bad influenze) and handed out autographs)
The night show started with all Athletes on stage ….music blasting ( It was one of the best if not the BEST show I have ever watched!!!
Kelly, Lori and Jade looked just beautiful on stage!
I can not believe these girls and their confidence are ours 🙂
Karina so amazing and gorgeous, took fouth place in Bikini !!!
Mervat 4th place in Figure short!
She was simply breath taking!
Patty first place in Masters Figure and second in open Figure!

It was another success for  Las Vegas Figure and Bikini Team!

Can’t get enough of this!!!

Obviously everyone can compete no matter their genetic profile!
Just by going through this program makes you a winner already…
Seriously how many people do you know that are willing to spend most of their free time 7 days per week in the gym?
cook their food ahead and pack it? eating for fuel not pleasure? don’t go partying?
Just by standing on that stage, knowing how far you have come is an incredible feeling!!!
And other people that will ask you later ” why didn’t you place?” or “why haven’t you placed any higher?” have no idea what it took to get you here!
Consistency, focus, persistance, in other words Willpower will get you to reach your goal!
Genetics is the key to get to the highest places, but even if you have   the most perfect genetics out there but willpower is lacking, there will not be a light at the end of the tunnel….
This is not just given to you!
You will have to work for it, no matter what some people will like to tell you!
I call it sales technique 🙂
Genetics being number 1….willpower number 2….we come down to what the judges are looking for!!!
It is symetry and it does not matter if you compete in body building, figure or bikini!
Judges look for a symetric body 🙂
They do not want to see big lower body and hips and small upper body or visa versa!
Yesterday I’ve been asked  if it is the girls decision in which category to compete!
Well there are only a few people that are able to pull of both and can deside what to compete in.
Girls with smaller muscles, nice small midd sections, round gluteus and beautiful legs are always perfect for Bikini!
You are being judged by skin tone, tightness, physical appearance, overall beauty and stage presents.
Figure girls have a little more muscles,  almost like Fitness girls,but are a tiny bit leaner, need to show muscle seperation but shouldn’t be so lean to show muscle striations!
Physique girls are going to replace female Bodybuilding!
These girls have more muscle and are a tad leaner but can not be as lean as Bodybuilders!
Beauty and femininity is always number 1!!!
Look at it as being a Beauty Contest 🙂
Besides  your body and performance is being judged , but also your hair, make up, jewelery, shoes and  suit!
Crazy isn’t it?
It seams to be overwelming at first, but when you put that suit on, get your hair and make up done, wear that bling jewelery…. you can’t help it but feel amazing!
Confidence here we come 🙂

This Saturday 6 of our beautiful girls will be competiting in the Jay Cutler’s Desert Classic at the Palms Hotel in Las Vegas!
I will be reporting to my blog as well as on Facebook to keep everyone up to date 🙂
So proud of Mervat who is competing the very first time in Figure!
And she is looking absolutely amazing!!!!
Mervat knows this will be practise for the next National Qualifier 🙂
As a single mom Mervat does an amazing job balancing her super busy life with Fitness and still spending quality time with her sweet little daughter.
Patty is our little muscle girls!
This girl works super hard and knows what she wants 😉
The intensity she puts into her everyday workouts is awesome to watch!!!
Her appearance on stage will be sexy and very graceful!!!
Karina is the mother of two young children, one being not even a year old!
Her physique  amazing, and her abs are spectacular!!!
There are no excuses for this young lady 🙂
Believe in yourself and make it happen!!!!
Lori will also be a first timer in this Competition!
Lori is an amazing Athlete!
Giving up running to compete …we all know this was very hard to do for her!
This program has given Lori the tools to keep perfecting herself in her endurance sports as well as in her every day life!!!
We will be cheering her on and show her how much we appreciate her 🙂
Jade is as beautiful as she is smart!

This little shy cutie will warm your heart with her amazing smile and graceful looks!
She has an amazing body and a sexiness to go with it!!!
Kelly has competed with us a few weeks ago in Culver City California and placed 4th!
She has completely transformed into a confident amazing person!

Changing your body is 85% or more Nutrition!!!

So, the question is what are you willing to do?
Are you willing to cook your food every week ahead for each and every day ?
Are you willing to weigh and pack your food in plastic containers to make sure you are getting just the right amount of calories with each meal?
Are you willing to cut your favorite treats completely out of your diet?
Drink one gallon of water each and every day?
Take your supplements to get all your nutritional needs?
Include weight resistant workouts to buid muscle?
Add your daily cardio routine for optimum fat loss?
If you say yes to ALL these questions, you are a winner ( yayyy)
Because that is what it takes to change your body!

Our muscle fibers are designed to contract , expand, hold and stretch in all 3 planes of motion!
The most common plane of motion is the sagital plane…straight ahead right in front of you ( our daily life mostly involves this plane of motion)
Then there is frontal plane of motion, which is side to side ( a less common plane in our world…step side to side……)
The least common plane of motion is the Transverse plane or rotation ( lateral raises…)
Most injuries are happening in the transverse plane of motion!
To prevent injury and keep our muscle fiber healthy, flexible, and strong we need to use all planes of motion!
It is a old fashion opinion that rotation is bad for you!
Most Athletes that are mostly using the sagital plane of motion are the ones mostly injured……
Functional training also includes Core strengthening!
Core strengthening does include some abdominal work, but there is more to that….
There are 21 muscles attached to the core and it’s not just transverse abdominal, obelix, rectus abdominal….
A strong Core will help you with overall strength, injury prevention, and better movement patterns!
Our daily life involves the Core and 3 planes of motion ( or have you never picked up your purse from the back seat ?….rotation…)
So strengthen your body and include your Core to feel better, get stronger and keep yourself injury free 🙂
