Competition suits always look beautiful online!
But how will they fit your body?
Will the color be as vibrant as in the picture?
What if you lose more weight?
How long if it needs to be exchanged?
How about finding someone local to help you with all that?
We met Silvia Kondova almost 4 years ago ( actually Samantha Younger found her)…
She is amazing!!!
The very first time I ordered a suit over the phone, gave her my measurements and one week later it was done!!!
And …..it fit perfectly 🙂
Silvia knows her stuff and her prices are about half of what you pay online.
Plus each and every suit will be customized according to YOUR body…..
She is amazing!

It’s easy if you know how!
There are all kinds of different opinions out there to what Clean Eating really is!
I will not say that they are wrong, however clean eating should be as close as possible to natural state!
That does not include bread ( even whole wheat and use sprouted bread only in small amounts), cereals, or Soy products no matter how healthy the advertising companies make it to be….
Carbohydrate choices are potatoes, oats, rice ( best whole grain and natural unrefined state)…
Eggs, meats, fish, beans, nuts, legumes, fresh pressed oils, fruits and vegetables!
If it comes out of a box or a can don’t eat it!
If it lists more than the ingredient don’t buy it!
Get creative and play with it!
It is fun to make up new recepies 🙂
You’ve probably heard about it!
Fascia is connective tissue in the body.
It is made out of the same material that connects your bones and joints, just less dense.
All of our muscles are inbedded in fascia…..they don’t just sit there next to each other.
sometimes your muscle will grow faster than your fascia and creates tightness in that connective tissue “bag”…..
Results are build up ( knots….scar tissue)….
When we get older our connective tissue may grow faster than your muscle which will cause imbalance and yes ….scar tissue!
Now we know that fascia is articulate and comnunicates with the nervous system and cells!
How can I take care of this problem you may think?
Flexibility training is the key!!!
Active functional stretching before your workout to activate the nervous system and help recruit the right and more muscle fibers for the workload to come 🙂
This will help  you build a better body, and improve performance!
Static Flexibility after you have finished working out or your athletic performance!
This will shut of or stop the responds from your nervous system and stop keeping muscle fibers active!!!
It will help prevent further injuries and muscle spasm’s…..
Keeping yourself healthy and free of pain!!!
So many people are afraid to enter a Fitness Program or hire a Personal Trainer because of injuries or health issues!
There is always a way to work around things like this…
There is always a exchange exercise to what you can not do or to what hurts …Building Core strength and stability is key number one 🙂
Never underestimate what you can do, but always listen to your body!
Chances are as you get stronger, your body will adapt.
Soon you will be able to do exactly what you couldn’t.
Examples are : can’t do lunges? just hold on to a pole or a machine and do one legged squats instead ( chances are once you focus on pushing with your heel instead of your toes or front of your foot, knee pains will go away)
Wrist issues? Vary your grip position and watch for a straight wrist!
never move your wrist while doing bicep exercises or hyper extend your wrist!
Ankle pain? you won’t have to run or sprint….just get your heart rate up on the bike, cross trainer or other cardio equipment!
It is all about that heart rate to get into the anaerobic face!!!
Never ignore a pain or a strain!
Let your Trainer know about it !!!
A good Trainer will adjust what you are doing 🙂
