USA’s this weekend!!!
We will be watching Mervat, Samantha, and Jessica compete in Nationals .
Las Vegas Figure Team Mervat Berry is putting a great Media Package together for us !

We already have a large amount of clientele from our Ad in the Magazine….

12 week program!

In your first 4 weeks you will experience a change in water weight!
Releasing a lot of unwanted water retention in your body!
You may fit into a smaller size!
The first two weeks may be the hardest since your body will go through a detox, getting rid of garbage from processed foods , sugar, and chemicals…
Flu like symptoms, headache and achiness can show up!
4-8 weeks you can see dramatic changes in your appearance as long as you are consistent with your diet!!!
Muscle bellies are starting to form and round, skin color is changing , you feel highly energetic and strong 🙂
Hair and nails will grow faster!
Higher amount of B Complex can also darken hair and lessen grey!
Skin is clearing up.
8-12 weeks: your body is completely changing with less body fat in your midsection!
Your gluteus go were they need to be ( high and round), your legs and arms show definition …
You feel amazing and want to show it of 😉
Never give up after the first 4 or 6 weeks.
If you have been on a long low calorie eating plan, it may take your body a little longer to adjust!

Well, whoever qualified for Nationals will go to the USA’s July 27/28th !
It is in our home town and there are no traveling expenses to be paid!
Proof of citizenship and a $400 bill will do unless you qualified and signed up in time!!!
Do not expect to get your IFBB pro title yet!
You need to earn this!
You need to
Be on the NPC data base, showing your loyalty and improvements!
National judges need to see your face repeatedly to give you credit for your performance and better yourself!
Start having a relationship with the NPC and people that are important 😉
Think of Competition as of a beauty contest!
Starting from your Competition Tan, your hair, make up, suit, nails, shoes, performance…
This is a physique competition, but also a beauty contest!!!
Seek perfection within yourself 🙂
Nationals is another level from what you just learned….
Professional make up artists and hair artists backstage…
Jan Tana constantly refreshing your glaze and tan..
Believe me, you will feel like a million bucks :))
Just in case you are wondering were your money went!
If you have this chance, do this!!!
You will be amazed how professional this event is …
It is all worth it 😉
Chances come and go.
You never know if it is the last time to experience something totally amazing!!!

We did well yesterday!
Patty White placed 2nd in masters and 2nd in open!
Mervat Berry placed 3rd in open!
Elida Coral placed 3rd in open!
These girls took their time in their posing routine!!!
It is intimidating to be told that their will be only 10 seconds to pose….
It’s a lie!
Do not believe it!
Later when I saw the videos, I realized that ALL our Bikini girls rushed through their routine!!!
What I like to say is the following:
Trust your coaches!!!
Believe us when we tell you to slow down….
Judges will not give you respect when you are rushing, no matter what the expediter says!
They will think ….NEXT!
All would have had a chance to place 🙂
Every single one!
Girls looked fantastic 🙂
Angela and I are proud to have such beautiful women on our Team 🙂
As in everything you do in life it’s about learning and perfecting …
USA’s here we come 🙂

Show Day!!!

Angela is getting the girls ready with make up and hair!
Prejudging doesn’t start until 10am, but the promoter wants the girls there at 8am ( which means a lot of sitting around and waiting…)
This is going to be such a neat event!!!
As it looks Figure and Bikini will be first on stage for prejudging, but at the pm show they will be last…
That means we’ll be there way after midnight 🙁
I know our girls will rock that stage!!!
Our Las Vegas Figure and Bikini Team is getting well known not only in Nevada but also Southern California!
Team Captain Mervat showed me some of the Appearal yesterday , and it is beautiful!!!
Right now we will be working with smaller orders which means it will take a few weeks to get done!
Drop of days are the 15th and 31st or 30s of every month.

She is managing all orders!
And if you are thinking to compete, Jon Lindsay’s Shows are the best!!!
