Funniest things we are being asked by members in the club!
” I never see you work out…”
Lol!!!
Do you think we have our bodies from not working out?
” I want to be like you and eat whatever I want and not get fat!”
I don’t ever eat what I want 🙂
I would eat pizza every day!!!
Being us ( meaning Personal Trainer …and Competitor) means living a scheduled life…as boring as that may seam!
Meals are scheduled and prepared ahead of time.
Water intake and supplementation are scheduled.
Workouts are scheduled!
Most of us work out 7 days per week 🙂
Today’s schedule will be:
6am 50min cardio ( GFT will be taught by Ange)
7 am Group Training 30min session
7:30am chest and back workout
8:30am Group Training
9:30am one on one client
10:30am one on one client
11:30am lunch break
2pm one on one client
3pm Group training
4pm 50 min cardio
5pm Group Training 30min
5:45pm Group Training
That’s today…
Tomorrow I will have more clients and need to find time to work out!
There are no excuses!!!
“I’m not a morning person”…
Me neither, I just force myself to be!!!
Know what you want and work for it .
Nobody will do it for you!
Btw the next 3 days will be extremely low carbohydrate days and water overload!
100 grams or less of carbs, 2 gallons of water per day, followed by carb loading ( 200 grams of carbs) for one day!
If you are still eating that cupcake and think taking a pill will transform your body, go ahead 🙂
No compensations!!!
Personal Training
1.Your Thymus Gland is located on top of your chest below the collar bone!
It releases T cells, boost energy, relieves stress, and increases strength and vitality!
For a quick release of energy tap with your fingers for 20 seconds…

Sun light increases vitamin D production to fight inflammation and infections.

Your blood vessels have a tendensy to constrict during long periods of inactivity….
5.Give your brain a mini vacation by blinking 20 to 30 times! Blinking will relax your brain function for a short period of time and help you to re focuse again.

All we know about bone supplements is that it helps us build better and stronger bones, but did you know there is much more to them ?
Zinc is a great infection fighter from the flu, colds, sores, open wounds a.s.o.
It also helps increase testosterone levels and help with sun sensitivity!!!
Put zinc in the form of cream on your skin at it becomes a sun block!!!
Calcium is not only nourishing your bones, calcium is also responsible for muscle contraction in the form
of a buffer!!!
The reason we can control muscle movents is because of calcium!
See how a deficit in calcium can cause bone loss?
Because muscle contraction is number one for your body 😉
Magnesium feeds your bones but is also a natural muscle relaxer!!!
Being low in magnesium causes cramping, scar tissue in your fascia, tightness and stiffness in the body!

This Blog is donated to Kimberly Bloomberg who just competed yesterday, June 9th in Reno Nevada and placed 3rd place in the Masters devision over 35!
Her very first Competition was in March were she placed 5th place!
Since then she made great improvements in her abdominals, her lateral quads, her onstage performance as well as in confidence and strength 🙂
For now Kimberly will take a short break from dieting !
She will continue her regular training routine with the Las Vegas Figure and Bikini Team!
Looking back I remember that in the beginning we would hear Kimberly say a lot of ” I can’t do that”, which has completely turned around 😉
To descripe Kimberly now I will say confident, very intelligent, beautiful, strong, and the sweetest person you will ever know!!!
We are feeling blessed to have Kimberly Bloomberg as one of our Las Vegas Figure and Bikini Team members!
