I will be spending my weekend up in Big Bear!
There won’t be a gym available for my Convinience plus I will be bringing my two dogs, who have only short term energy!
I know there will be some hiking, but not long distance if I am not willing to carry these dogs and a tired husband up the mountain 😉
So this will be my Saturday workout :
100 jumping jacks
Kickboxing squats at front kicks ( 20)
Kickboxing squats and side kicks (20)
Kickboxing squats and back kick (20)
20 push ups
1 minute wall seat
20 tuck jumps
20 lunges
20 Tricep dips
20 scissor jumps
20 Tricep push ups
1 min wall seats
20 high knees
20 butt kicks
20 jump squats in rotation
Jump rope 30 sec
Jog in place 30 sec
Walk in place 30 sec
20 Pilates roll ups
20 sit ups
20 1/2 sit ups
20 bicycles
20 flatter kicks
20 cris cross
50 crunches
10 each moving side planks
20 opposite arm/leg
1 min plank
I think I will be dead after this one!!!
