Nobody is 100% right away…
It’s about getting better every day!
Obviously exercising is not everyone’s cup of tea!
But as long as you keep moving and burn some calories you can do this.
Things that might not look much like exercise could be simply taking the stairs, parking your car a little further away.
Take your dog for a walk or go hiking.
Dancing seams like a fun activity or take a class at your local gym…
Please don’t sit on your butt all day doing nothing!
Getting into the habit of movement takes time and discipline.
This is where people like me come in handy…
Hire a Personal Trainer to meet with you and teach you the ropes!
Make sure they have a history in Nutrition and have transformed other people!
Don’t go with the buffets guy or girl just because of their appearance!
There are cheaper options like 30 min sessions or Group Training if you can’t speak the money!
If you feel like trying yourself I have put together some routines that you can copy if you like!
Make sure you are cleared by your physician to exercise and you have no joint issues!

Now that I have cleared myself from any liability, please note that these routines are extremely easy but will slowly increase in intensity as we go along…
This way you can adjust and push yourself to get stronger and fitter one week at the time!
