Lately I have been working an extreme amount of hours!
I am blessed in every way and feel that God is with me, so I can do what he wants me to do which is better other peoples life’s!
In the process I have noticed that I simply do not eat enough food….
I either have no time to eat during work, or I will prevere to get a workout in instead of sitting down to eat a meal!!!
However lately I have noticed that I have lost a bit of muscle….
Not good!
I have been working very hard to gain this hard earned muscle.
I am on a new journey from now on!
I have mapped out my new diet ( more carbs and protein) and I will plan better for myself!!!
It happens to me all the time…
Everybody else comes first!
My husband, my clients, my pets….
I have to take better care of myself 🙂
Dopple cardio for me at this point is a no no…
I will cut down to once a day, none weight lifting days only!!!
Getting back on track with supplementation, keeping track of my body fat/ weight/ hydration/ BMI is a must!
Scheduled feeding ( this body) and scheduled workouts!
I also know that I will somehow need to find more hours of sleep!
5-6 hours are not good for improvement!!!
Being a workaholic is finally catching up with me….
Time to recoup, rethink, and be smart 😉
