I am the owner and operator of Body Revision, and the Co Owner of the Las Vegas Figure and Bikini Team (Group Figure Training)
Our location is the Las Vegas Athletic Club

See us Mondays through Thursdays from 6am until 7pm

I have been in business since 1998 and we started Group Figure Training 4 years ago!

Today :)

This was a great day!
I had an amazing workout this morning….pushing myself to the limit!!!
Went and bought all my organic food at the farmers market, cleaned my own car and house, and had a great time with the girls at posing practice!
I love when confidence comes in and these women go from being intimidated to amazing!!!
What can be better for a coach than this?
I absolutely love when these girls enjoying themselves 🙂
So instead of practicing for 30 minutes we practiced 90 minutes (lol)!
Husband is gone fishing so what the hell…..
Little Kimberly who won’t compete until November in the Vegas Classics, sat in for her first time and did amazingly well!!!
So cute too 🙂
We never come closer than this to realize that we are creating new lives, new goals, new confidence and new passion in these woman!!!
I love these smiling happy faces…
God has blessed me, and all I can do is giving him my Graditude.
I may have worked most of my life and sacrificed my time, but it was for something great!
To change someone’s life and give them back what they may have lost….
Passion!!!

Lately I have been working an extreme amount of hours!
I am blessed in every way and feel that God is with me, so I can do what he wants me to do which is better other peoples life’s!
In the process I have noticed that I simply do not eat enough food….
I either have no time to eat during work, or I will prevere to get a workout in instead of sitting down to eat a meal!!!
However lately I have noticed that I have lost a bit of muscle….
Not good!
I have been working very hard to gain this hard earned muscle.
I am on a new journey from now on!
I have mapped out my new diet ( more carbs and protein) and I will plan better for myself!!!
It happens to me all the time…
Everybody else comes first!
My husband, my clients, my pets….
I have to take better care of myself 🙂
Dopple cardio for me at this point is a no no…
I will cut down to once a day, none weight lifting days only!!!
Getting back on track with supplementation, keeping track of my body fat/ weight/ hydration/ BMI is a must!
Scheduled feeding ( this body) and scheduled workouts!
I also know that I will somehow need to find more hours of sleep!
5-6 hours are not good for improvement!!!
Being a workaholic is finally catching up with me….
Time to recoup, rethink, and be smart 😉
