You’ve probably heard about it!
Fascia is connective tissue in the body.
It is made out of the same material that connects your bones and joints, just less dense.
All of our muscles are inbedded in fascia…..they don’t just sit there next to each other.
sometimes your muscle will grow faster than your fascia and creates tightness in that connective tissue “bag”…..
Results are build up ( knots….scar tissue)….
When we get older our connective tissue may grow faster than your muscle which will cause imbalance and yes ….scar tissue!
Now we know that fascia is articulate and comnunicates with the nervous system and cells!
How can I take care of this problem you may think?
Flexibility training is the key!!!
Active functional stretching before your workout to activate the nervous system and help recruit the right and more muscle fibers for the workload to come 🙂
This will help  you build a better body, and improve performance!
Static Flexibility after you have finished working out or your athletic performance!
This will shut of or stop the responds from your nervous system and stop keeping muscle fibers active!!!
It will help prevent further injuries and muscle spasm’s…..
Keeping yourself healthy and free of pain!!!
