1. Avocado …high in vitamin E and helps reduce cholestrol levels. Great for hair, skin
nails.
2.Raw Almonds are packed with Antioxidants, Vitamins and Minerals.
3. Chilli Peppers can offset the fat in creasy food . High in nutrition! Anything hot opens
up bronchial’s and help you breath.
4. Raw unprocessed honey is high in vitamines, minerals, and aino acids ( processed
honey has been stripped of these things)
5. Calcium helps with insomnia!
6. Vitamine C ( guava, berries, citrus fruits ) help against toxins, recover skin, hair, nails
as well as healthy bones and teeth.
Our cells are getting renewed every 6 month, which means you have the chance to create a better, healthier body for yourself!
Eat Vegetables in all colors, eat some fruit everyday, keep healthy fats in your diet, choose lean organic or kosher meats, drink more water!
Stay away from processed foods, sodas, refined products including sugar and flour…..
Don’t smoke!
Move!
