Meditation

One of our tools being overlooked is meditation!
This should be a exchange habits for things we usually fall back to when we are stressed, angry, tired or simply overworked…
Choose a quiet place where you can stop your thoughts or focus on your future goals.
You can also play a meditation channel through You Tube or the usage of a meditation application!
I recently bought a infrared sauna blanket to help me relax.
Meditation can help fight inflammation and anxiety!

Weight loss can leave your skin looking saggy and unattractive…
You can start now with a skin routine that I prescribe to my Competition Girls!
You will need a massage tool similar to a fascia blaster, but anything that increases blood flow and works with your fascia will do.
Also buy a body brush to help the lymphatic flow…
Start by brushing your skin all over in circular motion starting from your ankles all the way towards your heart!
Do this for 3-5 minutes.
In the shower use a gentle exfoliating shower gel on your body especially your legs, arms and tummy.
Gently dry off and start massaging your skin by rolling to improve circulation.
Apply a mixture of 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper oil (it is a ointment I’m buying on Amazon) and 3 tablespoons of lotion.
Make sure to wear underwear before and do not touch anything including your face, eyes, or husband!!!
Mix well and massage into the tissue!
Put on clothes and wash your hands well including your finger nails!
Start with the smallest amount of the cayenne oil and test your tolerance!
To improve the look of cellulite make sure to drink a ton of water and reduce your salt intake!
You should see a change in your skin within a short period of time!

Have you noticed that as we get older it is harder to lose weight?
Well, that’s in part of our metabolic rate slowing down 10.05 % every 10 years after the age of 30…
In part this year a due to inactivity!
Kids are getting older and need less attention…
We are able to get house cleaners.
We are not outdoors as much since we need to make a living!
There are many examples why we are less active!
However another reason is that our hormones are slowing down as well!
With the loss of testosterone and the increase of a less desired estrogen, we are now more likely to put on weight!
How can we fight this evil matter?
For one, we need to build muscle by training in the weight room area…
We need to decrease our body fat while increasing muscle fibers!

As we all know we all have certain habits!
Little triggers that cause us to go for those cookies, the glass of wine or soda…
Having practiced these same habits it becomes almost impossible to change…
I’m no stranger of this!
I have absolutely excellent habits like daily workouts, waking up at 3:30am without hitting that snooze button, not skipping a day at work…
However I also have terrible habits like having that glass of wine (or two…) when I’m extremely stressed!
Eating too many calories even good ones!
I also spend time on social media!
I have gotten much better with social media.
However I do advertise on Social Media and can not cut it altogether!
Food and wine habit has been cut, but just as with all habits, there has to be a exchange…
You can’t completely stop a habit.
Our brain does not work that way.
You will have to exchange a bad habit with a good one or at least better one!
So, this week I will focus on meditation to deal with my stress level instead of food or wine!
There was a beautiful quote on Instagram that said “love yourself enough to break a bad habit”!
I will focus on that in these coming weeks!
Thank you for reading!
I will leave a link below with a video I have posted today talking about habits!
