Okay … I’ve been slacking as usual!
Now I am 10 weeks out and behind…..
What is my down fall?
Not exercise ( I love to work out and even cardio)
Not my food ( I always eat clean even while going out)
I am using a glass of wine to calm me down at night!!!
Shouldn’t be that bad, right?
Well it is if you are doing it every day…
Also I have a tendency to overload myself with work ( that I love) not leaving me enough time to do what I need to do!
So what is my plan?
I will start the week with depleting!
Yep, that’s right….
Water overload and carb depleting !!!
I made sure to get all my workouts in so that I will be left with only cardio to do for the next 3 days….
Today I will cook all my bland food and pack it!
I will weigh myself every morning ( yukk) and make pictures or my abs today and in 3 days again!
Yes, that’s how fast this works!!!
No more excuses, no more slacking!!!
Today I finished my leg and shoulder workout….
Next workout: Thursday ( carbohydrate loading after depleting)
Let’s do this :)))
Cayenne Pepper is a powerful spice!
It is known to have stopped heartattackes, induces cancer cell death, stops internal bleeding….
There have been reports of people being able to stop heartattackes by digesting cayenne pepper within seconds!
Cayenne also helps with respiratory congestion and opens bronchials…
Cayenne can improve digestion, cramping, stomach aches, bloating and help with cleansing the body!!!
Removal of toxins and has amazing health benefits in the body!!!
Add cayenne pepper to your first aid kit and use it as antiseptic and antibiotic ….
Heels cuts and burns!
There is truth behind the bible and God telling us ” everything you need i have provided to you on this earth”
The body is designed to heal itself!
We just need to give it the right (natural) nutrition to do so 🙂
So funny ( to me) is when people compare active and static flexibiliy ….
Two completely different subjects !
One ( active) is to activate the nervous system!
Recruit more and better muscle fibers to perform the task ahead!!!
Static flexiblility is to shut down the nervous system to keep from spasm or from creating imbalance in the body!
Both equally important, but active flexibility serves better before performance 🙂
Inhances performance and can help increase muscle and activity!!!
Static flexibility will stop the nervous system from being activated and is just as important!!!
Keeps the body from imbalance, puts muscle back into position or allignment, and keeps injury away 🙂
Do not neglect flexibility!!!
It will keep you active years to come :)))

So funny!
I walked into the VIP locker room yesterday at LVAC and here another commercial about a weightloss system on TV!!!
” eat your favorite foods and lose weight the save way”!
There is not such thing!!!
I can’t believe there are still people falling for this stuff!
Wow!!!
Guys carb blockers are just fiber pills and make you poop more!
Fat blockers same stuff!
We are losing fat 3 ways:
1: how quickly your body makes carbon dioxyd out of oxygen ( respiratory exchange rate)
2: sweat ( exertion )
3: urin ( water intake)
Get it?
You
Will actually have to move and eat healthy in your weight loss calorie range 😉
There are no magic pills, gadgets…
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for your body!!
And remember one pound of fat yields 3500 calories!!!
That’s what YOU have to work of to lose just one pound!
Still
Believe you don’t need to change your diet?
See you next year again 🙂
