It is very silly to think that as long as you work out there will have to be no other changes!
We hear it all the time, and there is this misconception out there that you can eat whatever you want as long as you work out!
Fact is that we can not burn X amounts of calories provided by the fast food nation and everyday restaurants…..
Simple : if you keep doing what you always did you will look as you did in the past!!!
Commitment is the key 🙂
First set a date, and work towards that date!
Second keep a food diary and log all meals including water intake.
Third make weekly changes ( cut sugar, alcohol, sodas……)
Increase your cardio routine by a few minutes every week, but do not go longer than one hour!
Start lifting weights to build muscle ( muscle is your calorie burning machine)
Reward yourself with healthy treats, not food ( massages, pedicures, a trip …)
Keep skinny pictures on your refridgerator ( they will keep you from going back for seconds)
And don’t keep food that is not on your list, or your plan in the house!!!
Don’t worry about the kids>
They are better of eating healthy foods as well!
