We all want to stay young and keep up our youthful appearance !
Seeing our bodies change throughout the years reminds us of our mortality!
Our body goes through many stages and keeps adjusting and changing its chemicals or Hormons .
After the age of 20 ( yes 20) we are starting to slowly die…
Yes aging is a process of dying in a super slow way.
Our estrogen and growth hormon levels slowly temper of.
Between the age of 20 and 30 our aging process is pretty slow!
Growth hormon levels still at its peak, but the body is already preparing….
30-40 years of age we already lose 10.05% of our metabolic rate, which means increase in body fat and decrease in muscle!
Between 40 and 50 our growth hormon levels start sky diving downwards, which makes recovery very hard!!!
At the age of 50 we have hardly any growth hormon left!
Heavy wrinkles setting in, sagging skin, muscle loss, fat gain in the midsection , dull hair and skin, menopause and depression kicking in!
Sexdrive leaves ….
How can we compensate ?
1. Increase your activity level !
It will help keeping your muscle tone and bone
Mass up!
2: eat clean! The more nutrition you feed your body
the better your body will look!!!
3: eat protein… Woman have the tendency to stay
away from protein, which means they don’t feed
their skin, nails, hair, bones and muscle!
4: do weights!!! Keep your muscle tone by doing
Weights! Doing cardio only will give you a flabby
and sagging appearance !!!
5: use good supplements!!!
DHEA to improve HGH levels and Testosterone
Tribulus to increase Testosterone levels
A high potency multivitamin ( over 50 your body will not absorbย ย it as well)
Dopple your calcium magnesium supplement to
Keep bone loss at bay after menopause!!!
Vitamin B complex!
There are so many more to use to help you from aging faster than you should!

I don’t ever eat what I want ๐Ÿ™‚
I would eat pizza every day!!!
Being us ( meaning Personal Trainer …and Competitor) means living a scheduled life…as boring as that may seam!
Meals are scheduled and prepared ahead of time.
Water intake and supplementation are scheduled.
Workouts are scheduled!
Most of us work out 7 days per week ๐Ÿ™‚
Today’s schedule will be:
6am 50min cardio ( GFT will be taught by Ange)
7 am Group Training 30min session

“I’m not a morning person”…
Me neither, I just force myself to be!!!
Know what you want and work for it .
Nobody will do it for you!
Btw the next 3 days will be extremely low carbohydrate days and water overload!
100 grams or less of carbs, 2 gallons of water per day, followed by carb loading ( 200 grams of carbs) for one day!
If you are still eating that cupcake and think taking a pill will transform your body, go ahead ๐Ÿ™‚
