I wanted to share a typical day in my life simply because I always hear women say they don’t have time to work out!
While many of my clients do have family and a full time job yet still manage to get their workout in no matter what…
My day starts at 3:30am
I have not always been a morning person, but had to condition myself to it!
After my 2 cups of coffee while listening to affirmations or other positive channels I get ready for work!
Before I leave I always walk my dog, usually at 5am!
I arrive early at LVAC so I can clean the equipment I want my clients to use…
Even though I start work at 6am, I don’t mind starting early whenever people arrive!
After Covid I let everyone come to group sessions whenever they get here.
This makes not only time fly by fast, but also keeps groups volume down!
I usually have about 3-4 at the time…
After my morning session I will go to the park to get my first session of cardio in.
Usually 40 minutes.
Our weather in Vegas is absolutely gorgeous!!!
70 degrees and blue skies!
After lunch I will clean up a little, or clean the house, record videos for you tube or watch and research some of my interest!
I actually schedule my week out, but do not always achieve my set goals…
Take a shower and hit back to LVAC to get my workout in and another cardio session before working with my afternoon girls!
By the time I’m done it’s already dark outside!
On my way home I listen to podcasts of my interest.
Serving us dinner, clean the kitchen, shower and get ready for bed!
Not the most exciting day, however productive:)
I feel the best when I get most of the things done on my schedule!
To be honest I really don’t watch TV or shows!
I do spend a little time in the morning on social media mostly to advertise…
At night I like to write my schedule and goals since it relaxes me!
Just remember that if you need to get your workout in, do it early morning!
You can go for a walk during your lunch break!
Do some yoga while watching TV at night!
There is always something you can do!
Just push yourself first to start it!

Meditation

One of our tools being overlooked is meditation!
This should be a exchange habits for things we usually fall back to when we are stressed, angry, tired or simply overworked…
Choose a quiet place where you can stop your thoughts or focus on your future goals.
You can also play a meditation channel through You Tube or the usage of a meditation application!
I recently bought a infrared sauna blanket to help me relax.
Meditation can help fight inflammation and anxiety!

Weight loss can leave your skin looking saggy and unattractive…
You can start now with a skin routine that I prescribe to my Competition Girls!
You will need a massage tool similar to a fascia blaster, but anything that increases blood flow and works with your fascia will do.
Also buy a body brush to help the lymphatic flow…
Start by brushing your skin all over in circular motion starting from your ankles all the way towards your heart!
Do this for 3-5 minutes.
In the shower use a gentle exfoliating shower gel on your body especially your legs, arms and tummy.
Gently dry off and start massaging your skin by rolling to improve circulation.
Apply a mixture of 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper oil (it is a ointment I’m buying on Amazon) and 3 tablespoons of lotion.
Make sure to wear underwear before and do not touch anything including your face, eyes, or husband!!!
Mix well and massage into the tissue!
Put on clothes and wash your hands well including your finger nails!
Start with the smallest amount of the cayenne oil and test your tolerance!
To improve the look of cellulite make sure to drink a ton of water and reduce your salt intake!
You should see a change in your skin within a short period of time!

Disclaimer:
This is not meant for your face!!!
Do not touch your eyes!
Wash your hands!!!

Have you noticed that as we get older it is harder to lose weight?
Well, that’s in part of our metabolic rate slowing down 10.05 % every 10 years after the age of 30…
In part this year a due to inactivity!
Kids are getting older and need less attention…
We are able to get house cleaners.
We are not outdoors as much since we need to make a living!
There are many examples why we are less active!
However another reason is that our hormones are slowing down as well!
With the loss of testosterone and the increase of a less desired estrogen, we are now more likely to put on weight!
How can we fight this evil matter?
For one, we need to build muscle by training in the weight room area…
We need to decrease our body fat while increasing muscle fibers!
